FUND DESCRIPTION

The FMG Mongolia Fund mainly invests in domestically listed Mongolian companies traded on the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), as well as offshore traded Mongolian securities. The Fund focuses on investing in the most liquid stocks traded in local currency on the MSE.

The portfolio will be diversified utilizing complementary investment strategies across multiple sectors. Fundamental analysis and a disciplined portfolio management process will ensure risk is managed soundly. This can include both a top down macro and a quantitative technical model to determine allocations. Our due diligence process has taken us to the region repeatedly over the years. We will continue focusing significant research efforts in this area of the world which we believe has such immense growth opportunities.
